## 1. About Us  
DockDrop provides same-day delivery of food, drinks, and essential items to customers located at marinas and boats within our delivery zones.

By placing an order with DockDrop, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

## 2. Orders  
All orders are placed via WhatsApp, website, or other approved channels.

Once your order is confirmed, it will be prepared and scheduled for delivery within the selected time window.

DockDrop reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

## 3. Delivery  

### 3.1 Delivery Locations  
We deliver to designated marina locations and berth holders within our service areas.

Customers must provide accurate delivery details, including:
- Marina name  
- Berth number or clear location  
- Contact number  

DockDrop is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

### 3.2 Delivery Times  
We operate scheduled delivery windows.

While we aim to deliver within the selected time, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions  
- Marina access restrictions  
- High demand

## 4. Product Availability & Substitutions  
All products are subject to availability.

Where an item is unavailable, we may:
- Substitute with a similar product of equal or greater value  
- Contact you where possible  

By placing an order, you agree to reasonable substitutions.

Once an order is being prepared or out for delivery, cancellations may not be possible.

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

- Indirect or consequential loss

Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
